This intervention focuses on empowering citizens, particularly women, youth, and marginalized groups, to actively participate in local governance and decision-making processes. Community members are supported through structured civic education sessions that build understanding of governance systems, public budgeting processes, and citizens’ rights and responsibilities. Strengthening Local Government Capacity for Inclusive and Responsive Service Delivery
